Jays Glide Over Rams

Wednesday, January 22 Today the 7th grade boys took on Mineral Ridge for the second time this season. In the first meeting the Jays fell to the Rams in a tough comeback loss. Today was a different outcome. Offensively the Jays did a good job at moving the ball around and taking smart open shots.

Wednesday, January 15th, Toady the Jays took on the Lowellville Rockets. The game started off quick offensively for both teams being that they both took advantage of three point opportunities. Monday, January 13 The Blue Jays took on Waterloo for the second time this season. In their last meeting, the game ended in a 3pt Blue Jay victory. This game was even tighter. To begin the game the Jays came out with an 8-0 start. The Vikings quickly fired back with a 10-6 second quarter.

Saturday, January 11 Today the Blue Jays took on the Brookfield Warriors for their second out of conference game. The Jays made their mark around the 3 point line in the first half where they earned 9 of their 11 points. Brookfield stayed in the game by making 7 of their first 8 free throws

7th Grade Boys Victory Over Vikings

Wednesday December 4, Today the Fighting Blue Jays hosted the Waterloo Vikings in their second game of the season. MVAC Middle School Boys and Girls Basketball Tournaments

The regular season of the middle school basketball season is almost over and the teams will soon be opening up MVAC tournament play.  The tournament will be held against other league teams and will start on February 2nd and continue play on February 4th and 6th.
