Subway Week 6 Players of the Week

Offensive Player of the Week–   Sr, C, Harrison Lay. Harrison played his best game of the year Friday night and did a great job of snapping and blocking. He graded out at an 81% and earned a Captain spot for this week’s game vs. Lowellville.   Defensive Player of the Week– Jr, LB, Frankie Prozy.

JM Golf Competes at OHSAA District Tournament

After qualifying last week at the D3 boys sectional tournament,  Senior, Kent Gross competed at the OHSAA district golf tournament, held at Tannahalf Golf Course. On a very unseasonably hot fall day, Kent began his round on a challenging course, with extremely difficult greens. After completing his 18 hole round, Kent finished with a score of 84

JM Golf Competes at OHSAA Girls Golf Sectional

Senior, Kaylie Carson competed at the OHSAA division 2 girls golf sectional, held at Pine Lakes. Kaylie completed her 18 hole round with 102, giving herself a potential opportunity to advance to the district tournament. After all of the golfers completed their rounds, Kaylie finished in 10th place individually, just missing the cut for districts.

At the JM Home Cross Country meet on 10/5/2019 every runner and team ran amazingly! There were impressive personal records set and the kids performed strong overall. Cross Country Teams Dominate Home Invitational

Saturday 10/5/2019 the blue jays hosted their 5th annual Jackson-Milton Home Invitational. The runners dominated their home course with a strong performance in each race. They raced against Columbiana, Crestview, Lisbon, Lordstown, Lowellville, Matthews, Newton Falls, Sebring, Springfield, Waterloo, and Western Reserve. JM loses to Springfield Local 49-8

Friday night, Jackson-Milton traveled to Springfield Local for an MVAC match up. Springfield was able to come out with the win with a score of 49-8. We are pleased to announce our Austintown BW3 players of the week for the week of 09/23. Volleyball Senior, Bailey Estes. Bailey is one of the top setters on the team, in addition to being one of the most consistent servers for the Blue Jays. Bailey is third on the team in digs for the season.
