Friday, February 7th Athletic Events Update

All athletic events scheduled for Friday, February 7th will be played as scheduled. Boys JV/Varsity Basketball @ Waterloo. JV game will begin at 5:30 pm and varsity game to follow at 7:00 pm in the high school gymnasium. Junior High Wrestling EOWL League Tournament @ Liberty HS will begin at 5:00 pm.

Varsity Wrestling Splits Tri 1-1

Last evening the Varsity wrestlers took on the Crestview Rebels and the Wellsville Tigers. The team split the tri 1-1, beating the Rebels by a score of 40-35 and losing to the Tigers. Austintown BW3 Player of the Week

We are pleased to announce this weeks Austintown BW3 players of the week.  Boys Varsity Basketball  Junior, Cole Grope. Cole is a leader on the floor and had averages of 9 points and 4 assists per game. He has led the team in assists all season and does a great job being a second coach on the floor. Girls

Thursday’s Girls Varsity Basketball Game Rescheduled

The Jackson-Milton JV/Varsity Girl’s Basketball game with Mineral Ridge scheduled for tonight at 6:00 pm has been rescheduled due to illness. This game has been rescheduled for Friday, February 14th beginning at 5:30 pm @ Mineral Ridge. This will be a varsity only game.

Jays Win at United

The Jackson Milton Blue Jays traveled to United this evening in a non conference battle. The Jays opened up the game on fire and had a 14-4 lead after the first. The second quarter was much like the same as the Jays took a 29-15 lead into the half. In the second half the Jays

Blue Jays JV win at United

The Blue Jays traveled to United High School to take on the Eagles tonight. It was good start for the Jays but the Eagles responded as they led 10-9 at the end of the first quarter. The Blue Jays came out strong in the second quarter with some good defense leading 25-14 at half. The

They Did It Again

Both of the Jackson Milton Competition teams, the Black Team and Blue Team took home first place this past weekend. The teams attended CheerTime Athletics Super Hoover Bowl at North Canton Hoover High School. The Blue Team placed first in the Varsity GameDay Division, and the Black Team placed first in the Varsity Non-Tumble Division.
