Blue Jays News · 09/03 Austintown BW3 Players of The Week

We are pleased to announce our Austintown BW3 players of the week for the week of 09/03.


Senior, Julia Bogden is our player of the week.  She has had 144 digs in 7 games, 106 good serve receptions  and has served 81 times with  99% accuracy. Julia’s great passes help her team run their offense and gives her teammates the ability to spike the ball. Julia is a key member of our team with her leadership as well.


This weeks buffalo wild wings player of the week for high school coed soccer is Sophomore, Daniel Spalding.  Daniel recently switched positions and is working well with his surrounding teammates to make some impactful offensive plays.


Junior, Mason Robison. Mason had a great week of golf, contributing to his teams score in all 3 matches, with scores of 48, 45, and 48. Mason has worked very hard this season and continued to improve his game, to become a very consistent player for the Blue Jays.

Cross Country 

Sophomore, Cole Graham. Cole finished in 8th place at Saturday’s Invitational at East Palestine. He competed against division 1 schools and runners in the area and earned a top finisher trophy. At the meet Cole broke 19’s running a time of 18:29. He is continued to bring his times down at each meet and setting new personal records. He has his sights set on a new personal record and is working to bring his times down into the 17’s as he continues to fight for a top finisher spot at each meet.


Sophmore, Jayden Hileman.  Jayden had a great week of practice and continues to improve each week.
